About the Walworth Enterprise Centre

About Us

Walworth Enterprise Centre in Andover is owned and operated by Test Valley Borough Council.  The Centre provides a range of 'easy in easy out' small business units and currently units are available from 194sqft/18sqm to 1098sqft/102sqm.  These are offered on monthly terms starting from £60.00 per week.

The centre has 38 units that are let on a monthly Licence and the Licence fee includes building insurance, CCTV and integrated alarm system, use of free meeting room, waste disposal, free car parking, service charge and centre management support, Royal Mail letter, parcel collection and delivery.

A wide variety of businesses at Walworth Enterprise Centre include financial and corporate support training services, bespoke clothing manufacturing, light industrial processes, leisure hire groups, specialist food producers and beauty, health and fitness consultants.

The Centre has been operating since 1986, and provides premises for countless new businesses.  Many have flourished taking on additional units and eventually expanding into new purpose built accommodation elsewhere within the Walworth Business Park and Portway Industrial Estate Andover.
