Walworth
Enterprise Centre, to enable small businesses to benefit from
the favourable Licence Agreement terms (Easy in Easy Out) that provide
a professional base with little long-term financial commitment.
The ready-made facilities consist of
37 different units
to enable businesses to set up quickly and take on extra space when
they outgrow their original premises.
Tenants also benefit from the supportive environment, full time
Reception staff, advice and interaction with other small businesses.

Units are let on a Licence basis by four-week periods. Licence fees,
which include business rates, are payable in advance with individual
consumption of gas and electricity being billed in arrears. A deposit
equal to four weeks rental is payable prior to occupation.
Licensees are accepted subject to the discretion of the Centre Manager
and the supply of satisfactory references and bank details.
Reception, common meeting areas, refreshment vending machines and
toilets are provided for the use of Licensees. A private meeting
room is available by prior appointment.
